Reserve, the luxury lifestyle padel brand founded by entrepreneur Wayne Boich, announced the official opening of Reserve at SoLé Mia. Located at 2251 NE 146th Street, within the transformative 184-acre North Miami development by LeFrak and Turnberry, this two-story, state-of-the-art facility features ten professional courts—six outdoor and four purpose-built indoor padel courts with 35-foot ceilings plus two dedicated pickleball courts. Designed to accommodate players of all levels, the facility also offers top coaching programs and clinics through the elite Juan Martín Díaz Academy. Expanding on the success of Reserve’s pop-up locations at Miami Seaplane, Miami Design District, and New York City’s Hudson Yards, this new 100,000-square-foot flagship destination marks the brand’s first permanent club, further cementing Reserve’s position as a lead in the fast-growing sport of padel.
Beyond the courts, Reserve at SoLé Mia has best-in-class amenities to create a holistic wellness and lifestyle experience that redefines recreational luxury. Highlights include a fully equipped gym, health and wellness center featuring a sauna, steam room, and cold plunge, an on-site members’ bar and lounge, elevated stadium viewing areas, and versatile event spaces for tournaments and special events. Guests can enjoy all-day dining at the on-site Pura Vida Miami, debuting its largest location to date at SoLé Mia. This outpost will feature a diverse menu of nutritious dishes, served on an expansive terrace overlooking the central court.
“I’m excited to introduce Reserve and the exhilarating sport of padel to a new audience within SoLé Mia, and to establish a first-rate padel club that caters to local residents and visitors,” said Way Boich, Founder and CEO of Reserve in a statement. “SoLé Mia is already shaping up to be one of the city’s most vibrant new neighborhoods and the perfect home for Reserve Padel. This partnership promises to bring the excitement and energy of padel to a whole new level for Miami.”
Jackie Soffer, Chairman and CEO of Turnberry, added, “Reserve at SoLé Mia is an amazing addition to the healthy, active lifestyle we have created. Whether it’s a resident playing on a Wednesday afternoon, a UHealth doctor winding down after their shift, or young players forming a weekend padel team, Reserve is going to be an integral part of SoLé Mia’s resort-caliber experience.”
Reserve at SoLé Mia will offer both public access and optional memberships, granting exclusive privileges such as priority court bookings, invitations to members-only events, and access to the second-floor health & wellness center. The club will host dynamic programming, including tournaments, exhibitions, corporate events, all-level clinics, and youth programs designed to foster community engagement.
As part of the multi-billion-dollar SoLé Mia development, Reserve will enhance the community’s wellness-forward offerings, which already include a seven-acre swimmable lagoon, eight miles of jogging and biking trails, and 37 acres of landscaped green spaces. SoLé Mia is home to over 1,000 residents, with plans for 4,390 residences and 1.5 million square feet of commercial space, including a world-class UHealth outpatient facility, a charter school, and a mix of retail and dining options.
