Cajun Seafood Chain Adding Another Capital Region Location

Fast casual Cajun restaurant Off The Hook has been expanding recently at its newest location is preparing to open in the Capital Region, at 5353 Main St. in Zachary. According to a post on Facebook, the company will hold a grand opening at the end of February that will include giveaways of gift cards and other prizes. When it opens, the new location will make eight Off The Hook locations in total. In October, What Now New Orleans reported on the sixth Off The Hook opening in Denham Springs. In January, the company opened its seventh location in Livingston Parish.

With locations stretching from Hammond in the north to Houma in the south, Off The Hook has found success selling locally-sourced fried seafood and other Cajun dishes in a quick-service format. The menus at all of the locations are the same and they include po-boys, seafood platters, chicken tenders, and gumbo.
