A brand new Twin Peak-inspired coffee roaster called Bean Me Up Roastery is making its debut in Munster’s Centennial Village in Indiana.

The new eatery will be owned by Michelle Mirelez and Nicholas Elizalde, both bringing their own specialty to the business. Nick will focus on the coffee, while Michelle is proudly behind the company’s pie selection. Some of the company’s coffee blends, which are already for sale online, include Kopi’s Light, Savage Planet, and Pillars of Midsommar. All of Michelle’s pies are named after planets, such as Jupiter, Saturn, Mars, and Earth. The roastery is expected to open next month on October 20.

When it opens, customers can try the company’s fresh take on coffee and pies. While both are highly-anticipated items to try, three of the company’s four pies are currently sold out online, suggesting these delicious treats will go quickly. The Saturn pie is made with lemon cheesecake filling, raspberries covered in bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup, and a ring of marshmallows made with Three Floyds Divine Rite Whiskey.

“Well, it all started when we were watching the amazing show Twin Peaks,” according to the company’s website. “Agent Cooper had just had cup after cup of Damn Good Coffee, which inspired us to go on our own quest for an equivalent damn fine cup of coffee. After searching and searching to no avail, we decided to just give it a shot ourselves.
