The company has obtained prime real estate for two of their newest additions.

From Crain’s Chicago Business, major hospitality company Noble 33 is making big moves in the Chicago market, with a new brasserie concept called Mr. Noble coming to 500 N Clark Street in River North. The other is a Mexican spot named Coba Maya at 939 Fulton Market Street. Mr. Noble will open sometime early next year, followed by Coba Maya later in the year.

Noble 33 has gained headlines over the years due to their partnerships with celebrities and athletes. This includes Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes who opened the Kansas City steakhouse 1587 Prime. The company has locations in cities like Miami, Houston, West Hollywood, Toronto and even London, England.

While menus are being released closer to the openings, Mr. Noble is bringing upscale comfort food options to the neighborhood. Dishes with American, Italian and French influence will also be served. What Now Chicago has reached out to Noble 33 for more information on the cuisine that will be served.

Mr. Noble is going in a prime location for Chicago dining, on the northwest side of the W Illinois Street intersection. This is close to Sunda New Asian, and Mendocino Farms is right next to the space. The Grand CTA Red Line station is a short walk from the building.

For Coba Maya, it is coming to the intersection of N Sangamon Street, next to Italian Homemade Company. It is also across from Rose Mary Croatian restaurant. This is right in the middle of Fulton Market District.

More updates on Mr. Noble and Coba Maya can be found on the hospitality group’s website.
