Parlor Hospitality Group is again expanding in Chicagoland, this time in a new village.
The owners Parlor Pizza Bar are making their way to the suburbs as the newest location is coming to 447 Springs Road. This is the old Silverado Grill site that closed four years ago. Right now, the restaurant is under construction and there is no opening date.
Parlor Hospitality Group also manages Dessert Dealer, Rino Bar and Texas Taco Bar, all based in Chicago. Their Parlor Pizza Bar locations are in West Loop, Wicker Park and River North. At the time What Now Chicago reached out to Parlor Hospitality, no one was available for comment.
Classic pizzas from the company include the Margherita, Just Cheese Baby, Sgt. Pepper and Abe Froman’s Fave. Their Just Cheese Baby features San Marzano sauce, provolone, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese with parmesan cheese and oregano. Options other than pizzas include salads, sandwiches, and appetizers like nacho bites and pizza bread.
The new pizza bar is coming to the east side of Elmhurst, near the intersection of Prairie Path Lane. Other bars and restaurants along this stretch include Doc’s Victory Pub, Phase Three Brewing Company and Roberto’s Ristorante & Pizzeria. This is a mile-and-a-half south of downtown Elmhurst.
