Ike’s Love and Sandwiches started out as a small shop in San Francisco and has grown over the last 15 years into a nearly triple-unit brand. The company recently filed with the city for a downtown location at 1512 Larimer St.

There are currently two other Ike’s in the state: one in Central Park and one in Highlands Ranch. This new spot is a part of the historic Writers Square, and a block from Larimer Square.

The brand is known for no limits: Ike’s offers over 800 different varieties of sandwich combinations to choose from. The business prides itself on having options for meat lovers, vegetarian, vegan, halal, and gluten-free patrons.

Records show the company is working with Mendel & Co Construction on the project, for which there is not an available timeline. The permit status is listed as “in progress”.
