Leading Hispanic food company Insignia International has unveiled plans for a commercial project adjacent to Centennial Airport. The company is seeking to build an approximately 30,000-square-foot facility at 7565 S Peoria St.

Press release details show that the property will double as the company’s headquarters, as well as host a ski-themed food hall, tequila bar, and outdoor entertainment space. The concept is currently unnamed but will provide panoramic views of the airport’s runway and the Front Range.

Insignia International is working in partnership with TJC Limited, JVA Consulting, Lodestone Design Group, and Wildrye Design to create a premier destination in the south metro. The hospitality brand has a substantial portfolio of companies under its name: 505 Southwestern, La Tortilla Factory, Yucatan Guacamole, and more.

“We’re so excited to be working with Centennial Airport and Wings Over the Rockies to build a facility that will truly be groundbreaking. We welcome the community to experience the incredible Southwestern and Hispanic flavors that Insignia stands for like Hatch Valley green chile while enjoying an immersive experience in aviation,” CEO Adam Butler was quoted as saying.
