Pinball Cider, a hard cider and seltzer company, is expanding its presence to the West Queen Anne area at 1483 Elliott Ave W Unit C1, according to the owner Aaron Feiger.

“With this new location, we will be focusing on expanding distribution and working with larger farms by partnering with orchards and breweries. One of our main focuses is finding farmers who can provide rare hard cider apples,” Feiger told What Now Seattle, “If all goes well with permits, we hope to become established within this location in July.”

As the self-appointed “wizard” of Pinball Cider and Seltzer, Aaron drew inspiration from the craft beer world, locally grown hops, and seasonal fruits when he began experimenting with hard cider. The idea for Pinball Cider came about as a side project after moving to the Pacific Northwest and encountering Reverend Nat at his seasonal apple market. For those that are unfamiliar, Reverand Nat is described as a “cider evangelist” who enjoys the experimentation of unique cider flavor palates.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, the ciders and seltzers produced by Pinball Cider are known for their dryness and lack of residual sugars or sweetness. Pinball is currently self-distributing its hard cider and seltzers to eight locations in the Seattle area. While still a passion project, Feiger, and his team are always looking for opportunities to partner with other cideries, events, or pop-ups, according to the company website.
