According to a recent permit filing, Velveteen has filed for a location in Wenatchee at 17 South Mission Street.

A representative of Velveteen was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what Velveteen plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, Velveteen has filed for three different permissions including a spirits/beer/wine rest service bar option.

Velveteen was filed under Velveteen LLC. Washington Company Search states that Velveteen LLC was incorporated on April 16th, 2024. Listed on the business and permit filing is Kimberly Munson.

For the property itself, Premier One Properties describes the space as having “lots of potential in this prime commercial location in the heart of downtown Wenatchee. Currently used as a teen center with a commercial kitchen on the main level, all equipment stays with the property, could be used for a future restaurant.”

The property is marked as being sold on April 30th, 2018. The building consists of two stories and 5,000 square feet on 0.07 acres.
