According to a recent permit filing, Radiator Whiskey aims to expand with a new Ballard location at 5311 Ballard Avenue NW Space A.

This will be the second location for Radiator Whiskey, with the first residing at Pikes Place Market. Radiator Whiskey also has three separate sister concepts.

According to Pikes Place Market’s website, “Voted one of the best new bars by Seattle Magazine in 2013, Radiator Whiskey opened as an instant classic. The Prohibition-era style whiskey and cocktail bar features a meat-centric menu, including a whole smoked pig’s head.”

Radiator Whiskey’s website says that the three sister concepts are Matt’s In The Market, The White Swan Public House, and 100 Pound Clam. The company’s website also features its drinks, dinner, happy hour, spirit list, and beast feast options, amongst others.

Radiator Whiskey is a “21 and over venue.” The pig head and beast feast must be ordered ahead of time as well. What is a beast feast, you might ask? A full beast is described as a “Whole smoked pig head, whole smoked pork shoulder, smoked baby back ribs, assorted cuts, seasonal sides, seasonal salad, bread & sauces.”
