Construction is underway for a new Freebirds World Burrito location at 24200 IH – 10 in San Antonio. The new location will be inside the Fairview Shopping Center in Leon Springs and sport both an indoor dining area and a patio.
“We are excited to to be growing in the San Antonio area better serve that community,” says Alexander Eagle, CEO of the company.
The Austin-based burrito chain has a strong presence in Texas with over 60 locations open today. More locations have been announced in the Hutto and Missouri City areas.
According to a QSR report, each new Freebirds location will give out free burritos for a year to their first 25 guests.
“Our goal is to become the largest and most loved Texas burrito brand,” Eagle says. “We are 100% focused on expanding within the state.”
