Gusto Group USA, the restaurant group behind Cuishe Cocina Mexicana, Cellar Mixology, and Toro Kitchen + Bar, has announced plans to expand in the San Antonio area. According to the group’s website, upcoming concepts include Stylus Mixology and The Bunker.

Co-founder Gerardo De Anda tells CultureMap San Antonio, compared to Cellar Mixology, “Bunker will be more refined with a focus on art and storytelling.”

Further details about the forthcoming bars, like the addresses and menus, haven’t yet been announced. However, according to CultureMap San Antonio, Stylus Mixology will be a “retro bar” with a connecting pizza place.

Additionally, Gusto Group is reportedly relocating its Toro location in Stone Oak to a new, undisclosed address, and introducing another Toro outpost at 15900 La Cantera Pkwy #22130, set to open in mid-May.

In line with existing Toro locations, the La Cantera outpost will offer a “Spanish culinary experience” — with charcuterie boards, tapas, montaditos, and paella on the menu.

Opening dates have not yet been announced, so keep an eye on Gusto Group’s Facebook and Instagram for additional updates.
