According to a recently submitted permit application, a new concept, Cevallos Bar, is coming to San Antonio.

Taking over a spot at 415 E Cevallos Street, Suite 300, the drinkery will land near establishments such as Casa Hernán Mexican Cantina, La Tuna Icehouse, and Oringo Africana.

What Now San Antonio reached out to the upcoming bar’s owner, Miguel Delgado, to inquire about his plans for the business, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.

Renovations to the existing 1,673-square-foot space are slated to begin on September 2 and be completed during February 2025. For an estimated $150,000, local firm GX2 Architects will carry out the project.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
