According to a recently submitted permit application, a new sushi eatery is planning to debut in San Antonio.
Coming to 911 N Hunt Lane, Suite 102, Umiya Sushi will land near establishments such as Chicken Salad Chick, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and Sprouts Farmers Market.
What Now San Antonio spoke briefly with the concept’s owner, Binbin Lin, but she could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.
Renovations to the existing 4,550-square-foot space are scheduled to begin on September 20 and finish on December 30. For an estimated $450,000, New Jersey-based business Frank D. Mileto A.I.A. is tasked with carrying out the project.
An opening date has not been announced, so stay tuned for updates.
