According to a recently submitted permit application, a new dining concept listed as Atlees Rally is debuting in San Antonio.

Coming to 122 Heiman Street at St. Paul’s Square — taking over a space formerly home to Vice Versa Coffee — the eatery will land near establishments such as Cuishe Cocina Mexicana, Francis Bogside, and Toro Kitchen & Bar.

What Now San Antonio contacted the restaurant’s owner, Andy Palacios, however, he shared that he won’t be able to disclose more information until September.

Nevertheless, the filing shows that construction is slated to begin on August 19 and will be completed by December 6.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Palacios, he is also the restaurateur behind the downtown dive bar Tony’s Siesta — a spot known for beer, wine, and cocktails, as well as hosting parties.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
