According to MySA, the restaurateurs behind SNAK-X Ice Creamiverse are debuting a new burger concept in Alamo City.

A recent SNAK-X social media post describes Jungle Burger as “where the thrill of the jungle meets the ultimate burger experience” and MySA reports that “the new family-friendly restaurant will feature animatronic jungle animals.”

What Now San Antonio contacted Daphne Alvarado — who founded the business alongside Joe Velez, both of whom are owners of SNAK-X — to inquire about the upcoming concept, but she could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, on Instagram SNAK-X writes, “Our restaurant is a lively, immersive escape where you can savor gourmet burgers while surrounded by the sights and sounds of a lush rainforest.”

“With animatronic jungle creatures bringing the adventure to life, every visit is a feast for the senses. Perfect for explorers of all ages, Jungle Burger offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience that’s both fun and delicious,” the post continues.

While an address has not been announced yet, Jungle Burger is slated to open in the summer of 2025.
