Coming to a 1,765-square-foot spot at 17910 Bulverde Road, Suite 102, the concept will land near establishments such as Coffee Crush, Panda Express, and Taco Bell.

What Now San Antonio reached out to Tin Man’s co-owner, Kenji Shigematsu, to inquire about his plans for the spot, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, public records reveal that “existing building tenant improvement for new bar” with “bar, office, restrooms, and storage” is scheduled to begin on December 15 and finish on April 15, 2025. For an estimated $204,600, the project will be carried out by El Paso-based firm Configure 8 Studio LLC.
