According to a recently submitted permit application, Bill Miller is expanding its footprint in San Antonio — gearing up to debut a new outpost at 14540 Potranco Road, near establishments such as Burger Boy, Chick-fil-A, and Quik Trip.
What Now San Antonio reached out to Bill Miller’s Director of Operations, Carol Lagutchik, to inquire about the upcoming spot, but she could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the filing reveals that local firm Luna Middleman Architects will construct the 4,113-square-foot outpost from the ground up for an estimated $800,000.
For readers who are unfamiliar with the business, “Bill Miller Bar-B-Q presently operates 75 restaurants in the San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Austin markets, primarily selling specially prepared barbecued meats and fried chicken,” according to its website.
