According to a recently submitted permit application, Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe is expanding its San Antonio-area footprint, gearing up to debut a new outpost in Alamo City.
Coming to 22103 Bulverde Road, Suite 104, the eatery will land near establishments such as China Stix, HTeaO, and Smokey Mo’s BBQ.
The developer behind the upcoming location, Michael Garrott, previously told What Now San Antonio, “We’re excited about the quality of their food and the offerings that they have, which we believe in this market is not being totally fulfilled.”
For readers who are unfamiliar with the Greek cafe chain, the Alabama-based business offers a brief introduction on its website: “In 1997, Keith Richards and his wife Amy took a vacation to Greece that would change the course of their lives. It was amongst the cobblestone streets, surrounded by history and beauty that they discovered small-table Mediterranean cafes.”
The menu, “inspired by the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean,” boasts items such as starters like hummus and feta dips, salads, and soups as well as entrees including Spicy Harissa Chicken, Grilled Chicken Kebobs, and Herb-Roasted Pork Loin.
An opening date has not been announced yet. Stay tuned for updates.
