Alamo Springs Café in Fredericksburg Holds Soft Reopening

According to Express News, Alamo Springs Café in Fredericksburg held a soft reopening “after closing suddenly in August due to financial shortfalls.”

The reopening follows a closure announcement posted to the eatery’s Facebook page back in September, when the owners shared that they were in the “uncomfortable position of having to deal with lawyers and some messy situations that were left behind for us to clean up.”

“Not promising it will go smoothly or we will have all items all day,” the restaurant wrote on Facebook on December 19.

What Now San Antonio reached out to the concept’s owner, Brian O’Neill, to inquire about his plans for the grand opening, but he could not provide additional information before publication
