Cook Out, the popular American fast-casual chain based in Thomasville, North Carolina, has a new location listed as “coming soon” on its website in the Nashville market. The chain is planning a location at 5321 Hickory Hollow Lane in Antioch. The address is currently home to a KFC, which is listed as “temporarily closed” on Google.
Cook Out currently has 11 locations open in the Greater Nashville area, stretching to areas like Clarksville and Murfreesboro. Another location is on the way to Kingston in the Knoxville market.
The chain has been expanding across the South, with the most rapid expansion occurring in its home state of North Carolina. However, there are also new locations planned for South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama.
The company has been around since 1989 and now has more than 350 locations across the South. It is known for its classic American menu, featuring items like char-grilled burgers, milkshakes and hot dogs.
As of now, it is unclear when the Antioch location will open. Stay tuned for updates.
