This Founder’s Original Menu Pop Up sets the stage for a new brand campaign, honoring Del’s history and Del’s founder, Ed Hackbarth and his locations in Barstow. Ed lead the brand with innovative menu items that make Del unique with items like the Bun Taco and a classic fan favorite, Nacho Cheese. Ed pioneered this new concept and took Mexican menu items, like tacos and burritos and combined them with American classics like burgers, fries, and shakes – bringing both together in one building.
