Hopnonymous Brewing, a San Diego-based craft brewery founded in 2019, is preparing to open a new location in Normal Heights at 3514 Adams Avenue.

Remy Zurita, owner of Hopnonymous Brewing, has secured a new location for the company’s first satellite taproom, which will move into the former home of Little Miss Brewing, according to San Diego Beer News. It includes 18 taps serving Hopnonymous ales and lagers in a roughly 1,000-square-foot space. While no opening date has been confirmed, Zurita expects to open by mid-to-late summer. Updates on the new location can be found on its dedicated Instagram account.

Hopnonymous Brewing began as a private-label beer producer, gaining recognition for brews like “Bringin’ Blondie Back” and “Plan of Attack.” In December 2019, it opened a public taproom in Kearny Mesa, offering a rotating lineup that includes IPAs, stouts, lagers, and sours—among them, standout beers like “Big Fundamental” and “Whip it Good.” The brewery has since become known for its creative styles and commitment to quality, attracting a loyal local following. Hopnonymous Brewing hosts events and food trucks, creating a lively atmosphere. It is also pet-friendly and allows leashed pets to be placed at outdoor tables.

Little Miss Brewing’s in Normal Heights permanently closed earlier this year in March 2025. The taproom was one of several operated by the brewery, which had expanded across San Diego County after its founding in 2016. Known for its World War II-inspired branding and rotating selection of craft beers, the Normal Heights location had served as a casual neighborhood gathering spot. The company ultimately shut down all its locations after several years of operation. Now, Hopnonymous Brewing will take over the space, offering the same delicious beers found at 7705 Convoy Court.
