Bols et Poké, the growing fast-casual concept known for its health-forward poke bowls and pokerittos, is planning a new location at 2900 Chemin Quatre-Bourgeois in Quebec City.
This will be the company’s fifth location, joining existing sites at 95 Route du Président-Kennedy in Lévis, 545 Rue Saint-Jean, 555 Rue Saint-Joseph, and 2875 Boulevard Laurier. While an exact opening date for the Chemin Quatre-Bourgeois location has not been announced, the space is currently under construction, according to a recent social media post. Founded in 2016 by co-owners Maryse Boisvert and Rafaelle Morency-Larose, Bols et Poké was launched to provide a healthier fast food experience centered on fresh, high-quality ingredients.
The menu features a variety of poke bowls, avocado-based plates, and handheld poke sandwiches, all served with proteins such as marinated salmon, Ahi tuna, shrimp, and Nagano pork. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available. The brand emphasizes sustainability and ingredient sourcing, with a focus on seafood and produce handled with respect for animals, land, and farmers. Bols et Poké locations offer dine-in, takeout, and delivery service, with a mission of becoming a go-to stop for nutritious meals made without compromise.
The new Chemin Quatre-Bourgeois location is an excellent choice for Bols et Poké’s continued growth. Situated in a busy commercial area with substantial foot traffic and easy access, it offers excellent visibility and convenience for both locals and commuters. The neighborhood’s mix of offices, shops, and residential buildings means a diverse customer base looking for quick, healthy meal options. Plus, Quebec City’s increasing interest in nutritious, fast-casual dining aligns perfectly with Bols et Poké’s fresh and wholesome menu. This spot is well-positioned to become a popular destination for health-conscious eaters in the region.
