Pie Dive Bar is opening a new location at 512 1st St. in La Conner, Washington.
This will be the dive bar’s third outpost, joining locations in Snohomish and Gold Bar. All three spots are kid and family friendly. The bar is family-owned by Alyssa and Hart Kingsbery, and Alyssa’s oldest sons, Luke and Owen, also work at Pie Dive Bar.
The new spot has applied for a liquor license with the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis board, according to business filings.
Pie Dive Bar offers a full menu of homemade savory and sweet pies, along with craft cocktails, beer, wine and cider in a preserved space. Nonalcoholic options, including beer and mocktails, are also available.
Some savory standouts include the BBQ Brisket and Mac, with brisket burnt ends, beer mac and cheese, all smothered in barbecue sauce; the Thanksgiving pie, with turkey, rosemary potatoes, onions, celery, cranberries and stuffing; and the Shepherd’s pie, with ground beef, onions, carrots, garlic mashed potatoes and Parmesan cheese.
Sweet pies showcase a Food Network winner called Humble Crumble featuring granny smith apples, marionberries, strawberries, raspberries and streusel. They also have cookies and cream, strawberry rhubarb and banana bourbon cream.
Pie Dive Bar has not announced an opening date. For updates, visit their website and follow them on Facebook and Instagram.
