Big Table Restaurants, the restaurant group behind HOBNOB and Cattle Shed Wine & Steak Bar, has been acquired by another firm, according to reporting by Tomorrow’s News Today Atlanta. While the group behind the acquisition remains unknown, Tomorrow’s News Today Atlanta reports that Bottleneck Management, a restaurant group based in Chicago, has been tapped to manage the operations for the newly acquired locations.

Husband-and-wife team Sean and Becky Yeremyan launched Big Table Restaurants in Midtown in 2010 and have since expanded it to include seven different restaurant locations.

HOBNOB has six locations, including Alpharetta, Atlantic Station, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, Vinings and Peachtree City. It serves items like sandwiches, salads, burgers and entrees like Southern buttermilk chicken tenders and Porter braised boneless short ribs. It is also known for its bourbon and whiskey collection.

Cattle Shed has one location in Alpharetta. It features a protein-centric menu with items like pan-seared salmon, chicken piccata, lobster and shrimp mac and cheese, steak, pork chops and lamb chops.

Bottleneck Management, founded in 2007 by Jason Akemann, Nate Hilding and Chris Bisaillon, operates multiple concepts, including City Works, Old Town Pour House, South Branch Tavern & Grille and Sweetwater Tavern & Grille.

The transition will chart a path toward further growth over the next five years in the Atlanta market for Big Table Restaurants, with a goal of doubling its footprint by 2030, according to Tomorrow’s News Today Atlanta.
