Egg Club, the fast-casual spot known for its made-to-order egg sandwiches, is expanding across the Greater Toronto Area.

Founded by Jason Yu in 2018, Egg Club opened its first downtown Toronto location in September 2020. Since then, it has expanded to 10 locations across Canada, including Toronto, North York, Liberty Village, Waterloo, Ottawa, and Calgary. In the GTA, current locations include downtown Toronto, Union Station, Liberty Village, North York, Dundas Street East, and Mississauga’s Square One.

The brand plans to add multiple new GTA locations by 2026, though specific addresses have not yet been confirmed, according to Retail Insider. What Now reached out to Jason Yu to clarify whether these new sites will be corporate-owned or franchised, but did not receive a response. Stores range from 450 to 1,200 square feet, with seating in larger locations, and are strategically placed in high-traffic areas to catch commuters and busy Torontonians on the go.

Egg Club’s menu is simple but premium: fresh, made-to-order egg sandwiches on soft Japanese milk bread, plus creative options like the Guacamolic, Bacon & Cheese, and the seasonal Chipotle Lobster Bowl. Pair it with hash browns, coffee, or juice for a fast, elevated breakfast or lunch.

Egg Club also leans into purpose-driven branding. The chain supports charitable projects worldwide, including initiatives for clean water, children’s education, and Middle East relief. Every sandwich purchased contributes to these efforts, giving customers more than just a meal—they’re helping fund real change. With multiple new GTA locations in the works, Egg Club is establishing itself as a modern, high-quality alternative to traditional breakfast chains in Toronto.
