Bell Partners Expands Portfolio with New Acquisition in Atlanta
One of the nation’s largest apartment investment and management companies, Bell Partners, has purchased Rock Springs Village. The 558-unit apartment community in Atlanta is near Emory University and adjacent to the Bell Morningside property. It was acquired on behalf of Bell Partners’ Bell Value Add Fund VIII.
This acquisition expands Bell Partners’ presence in Atlanta, bringing its portfolio to 17 communities across the metro area. It now owns or manages 17 communities with approximately 5,500 apartment homes across Atlanta. The deal reflects Bell Partners’ focus on strategic investments and improving resident experiences.
“This acquisition reflects our pursuit of investment opportunities that can benefit from the capabilities of our Bell operating platform”, said Nickolay Bochilo, Chief Investment Officer at Bell Partners. “Our planned upgrades will target common areas, individual apartments homes and resident services, all of which should enhance the living experience for current and future residents.”
Features and Amenities of Rock Springs Village
Rock Springs Village is a garden-style community that was completed in three phases. The phases were completed in 1987, 2003, and 2005. It is located in one of Atlanta’s most desirable residential neighborhoods.
Offering residents garden, loft, flat, and townhome floor plans that average 1,045 square feet, residents found the perfect space in this community. The two pools, two fitness centers, a large clubroom, and outdoor areas are included in the amenities. Nearby Ansley Mall and Emory Village provide convenient shopping, dining, and entertainment for residents.
Planned Renovations to Enhance Resident Experience
Bell Partners’ planned upgrades are targeted at the common areas, individual apartment homes, and resident services. The planned upgrades will modernize apartments and common areas, making spaces more functional and enjoyable for residents.
Renamed Bell Rock Springs, the community will benefit from Bell Partners’ planned renovations and upgrades, improving amenities and resident experience.
