Gul Gul Lebanese & Turkish Cuisine, a Middle Eastern restaurant specializing in authentic Turkish and Lebanese dishes, is preparing to open a new location in Windsor at 6711 Tecumseh Road East.

The new Windsor location will bring the restaurant’s signature Mediterranean menu to the area, while an exact opening date has not yet been confirmed, according to social media posts. Customers can expect a variety of kebabs, mezze, shawarma, seafood, breakfast platters, and traditional desserts, such as baklava, served in a casual dine-in setting. The Windsor location will follow the same concept as the company’s current Vaughan and Mississauga locations, focusing on fresh, high-quality ingredients and skilled chefs.

Gul Gul first opened in Vaughan, Ontario, and has built a strong reputation for combining Turkish and Lebanese culinary traditions. Its Mississauga expansion was previously reported by What Now, highlighting the brand’s growth beyond its original location. The Windsor opening represents the company’s latest move to bring authentic Mediterranean flavors to new Ontario communities.

The restaurant will feature a full menu of breakfast items, cold and hot appetizers, grilled meats, shawarma, oven-baked specialties, and a dessert section including baklava and rice pudding. Beverage options will range from Turkish coffee and teas to milkshakes and mocktails.

Gul Gul emphasizes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and sustainable practices in its kitchens. Its chefs have extensive experience in regional Middle Eastern cuisine, ensuring each dish stays true to traditional flavors while offering a welcoming dining experience.

This will be an excellent landing space for Gul Gul in Windsor, providing residents access to a growing independent chain known for quality and authenticity. The location is expected to serve as a casual neighborhood destination for both dine-in and takeout customers seeking Mediterranean cuisine.
