The Yorkville site will become Hello Nori’s eighth location across Canada and will arrive shortly before the brand debuts its first Calgary restaurant later in the same year. Hello Nori continues to expand its presence in Toronto following the recent openings on King Street West and York Street. The Yorkville space will incorporate the brand’s signature wood ceiling and warm, modern finishes inspired by the flagship Vancouver restaurant on Robson Street. The team has confirmed that Chef Jay Pugong is developing exclusive offerings for the new site, aligning the menu with the neighborhood’s more premium dining landscape. This location will also maintain the brand’s focus on ingredients sourced from both Canadian suppliers and established partners in Japan.
