A handful of restaurants at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) are changing hands. Outstanding Hospitality Management Concession Group (OHM) has acquired nine restaurants at the airport, including spots in Concourse C and Concourses B and F. The restaurants include Jekyll Island Seafood Co., Blue Moon Brewhouse and the Coffee Beanery, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

The restaurants were previously operated by Global Concessions, Inc. The change of ownership came as a result of a U.S. bankruptcy court process.

OHM will retain the current workforce at the restaurants in the airport amid the ownership transition, according to Airport Experience News.

Founded in 1998, OHM is based in St. Louis and operates retail and restaurant locations in 12 airports across the nation, including Kansas City International Airport, Salt Lake International Airport, Indianapolis International Airport and Nashville International Airport. They operate more than 52 restaurant concepts across airports.

A representative with OHM was not available to provide comment to What Now Atlanta.
