El Sazon De Jalisco Restaurant is set to debut in San Antonio at 3628 S Loop 1604 E in the Spring of 2026. The new Mexican eatery is the second opening for owner Austin Ramos, who shared with What Now Las Vegas that he is excited to bring another family-run business to the Greater San Antonio community.

The young restaurateur is still working out many of the details, but explained that construction is expected to start early next year, as this recently filed state permit details. According to the permit, construction is slated to wrap up at the end of May, and Ramos shared that he hopes to open by May 2026.

El Sazon De Jalisco doesn’t have a website or social media for you to take a gander at just yet. But Ramos shared that the new eatery will serve tacos and other Mexican dishes, similar to his first opening. El Sazon De Jalisco will certainly be quick service, and while Ramos intends to have seating, the eatery will be more of a take-out operation.

Many, if not all, of the recipes that are currently used at his opening restaurant and that are expected to appear in dishes made at El Sazon De Jalisco are expected to come from the Ramos family.

While details about El Sazon De Jalisco are still being finalized, Ramos shared that he hopes it will be a welcome addition to the community.

The new authentic Mexican eatery, El Sazon De Jalisco, is expected to open at 3628 S Loop 1604 E by May 2026.
