DoughBox Wood-Fired Pizza & Pasta, a Canadian chain specializing in artisanal wood-fired pizzas and pasta, is preparing to open several new locations in the Greater Toronto Area, including Kitchener, Ottawa, Milton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Niagara Falls, and Burlington.
It’s unclear when or where these locations will open, but the company’s website lists them as new locations currently under development. The company’s expansion builds on a network of existing locations in Barrie, Brantford, Eglinton, Finch, Guelph, Hamilton, Kingston, London, Newmarket, Oakville, Rexdale, Saskatoon, and more. While exact opening dates have not been confirmed, the new sites will bring DoughBox’s signature wood-fired menu to more communities across Ontario. Customers can expect freshly stretched dough, homemade sauces, and a wide range of customizable pizzas and pasta dishes.
Founded by Niagara residents Tony Visca and Fern Colavecchia, DoughBox emphasizes community engagement, artisanal preparation, and a quick-service approach. Tony and Fern bring decades of experience with wood-fired ovens and crafting bold flavors. The concept combines a welcoming atmosphere with approachable pricing for families, casual diners, and groups. They focus on creating a space where everyone can enjoy freshly made pizzas and pasta without long waits, and they take pride in connecting with the local community while keeping the experience fun and relaxed for all ages.
The menu includes specialty Foldies, classic pizzas, and a wide range of pasta dishes. Additional offerings include salads, chicken wings, desserts, and fully customizable pizzas. Crust and cheese options, including gluten-free, cauliflower, and vegan cheese, are also available. Beverages and sides complete the experience, supporting both lunch and dinner dining. With these new Greater Toronto Area locations, DoughBox will continue delivering its signature wood-fired pizzas and pasta while maintaining consistent quality and flavor across all communities.
