Noyaa, a restaurant-nightclub hybrid blending Mediterranean and Asian cuisine with nightlife, is set to open at The Well in Toronto at 437 Wellington Street West.
The venue will open in February 2026, spanning approximately 7,000 square feet and featuring four distinct spaces: a 10-seat omakase bar, a 40-seat bar and lounge, a 90-seat main dining room, and a 20-seat outdoor terrace, according to a press release. Operated by Dubai-based Tribes Hospitality Investment Group, Noyaa will be The Well’s first restaurant and nightlife venue. Customers can expect a combination of upscale dining, immersive design, and live entertainment, including international DJs and themed experiences, creating a social hub after dinner hours.
Executive Chef Ciprian Gabriel Porumbacean leads the kitchen, drawing on his Romanian heritage, fine dining experience in the UAE, and Japanese culinary philosophy. The menu balances Mediterranean and Asian influences with signature dishes such as A5 Wagyu Pillow with truffle béchamel, Squid Ink Gnocchi with King Crab and shiso paloise sauce, Bluefin Nori Tacos, Truffle Lobster with Kaluga caviar, sushi and sashimi towers, and AA5 Japanese striploin finished tableside on a hot stone. Additional offerings include dim sum, ceviche, tartars, and robata-grilled specialties. The cocktail program highlights seasonal ingredients, zero-proof elixirs, and global spirits, combining ancient botanicals with modern mixology. The venue also offers multi-course tastings and curated experiences designed for both casual dining and special occasions.
The interior design spans 7,000 square feet across multiple zones, blending organic textures with modern finishes. Ribbed wood paneling, sculptural lighting, suspended timber beams, and carved stone motifs complement terracotta, maroon, emerald, and brass accents. The space is arranged into four distinct areas: the omakase bar, the central bar and lounge, the main dining room beneath a canopy of suspended foliage, and the outdoor terrace with NanaWalls that open fully in summer.
Beyond dining, Noyaa aims to be a cultural and nightlife destination. Programming includes themed evenings such as Night in Mykonos, Mediterranean Nights, and Tokyo Nights, as well as Sunday Amazonico Jungle Brunch. The venue combines fine dining, immersive design, and curated entertainment to position itself as one of downtown Toronto’s most anticipated destinations.
