A luxury mobile coffee and matcha bar is set to roll into Seattle, bringing high-end drinks directly to local neighborhoods.
Cafe Revy, owned by Vika Galanesi, is set to debut in February, with its first location hinted to be in Tacoma, according to an Instagram post.
“At the beginning of 2025, I set a goal for myself–at least once a month, I need to host an at-home cafe pop-up. I didn’t do that. There was no way I was going to let the year end without somehow inching myself closer to that goal. A month before the year ended, I decided I was going to open up a mobile coffee and matcha cart,” Galanesi said in a post.
The mobile bar will serve classic coffee alongside specialty matcha lattes, including strawberry, cream-top and vanilla flavors.
Galanesi will showcase a range of matcha in her drinks. Okumidori and Saemidori are two types of green tea, each tasting different. “Sae” makes bright, sweet, and smooth matcha. “Oko” grows slower and has a stronger, richer, more savory flavor.
Cafe Revy is already brewing up a lot of buzz on social media.
“Yes! So exciting, congratulations!” influencer Diana Viskov said on the announcement post.
“Pumped for this,” pastor and influencer Aleks Stashko said.
“Omg! That’s so funny, I was just thinking about you doing coffee,” Irina Solomonova, founder of Solo Collective, said.
