Those in the mood for a drink near Union Station will soon have a new option.

Cache 310 is an upscale cocktail bar opening in the BMO Tower at 310 S Canal Street. This is the newest concept from Spearhead Hospitality. Santiago Leon, chief operating officer for the group, told What Now Chicago the opening date right now is set for Feb. 14

Leon said he and his team have been planning the new concept for about four months. The company opened two concepts close by in 2022, Canal Street Eatery & Market and After Bar. This new bar will feature more European themes.

“A hidden bar inspired by 1920s Paris hideaways,” says the description on their Instagram page.

The drink menu has not yet been released, but it will feature “spins on classics” according to an article from Crain’s Chicago Business. This includes an old fashioned and Moscow mule.

Chicago-based Landis Beverly will be general manager of the bar. Leon said a few of the food additions will include potato chips and caviar, olives, bread and butter and whipped ricotta. They may also introduce desserts like homemade cookies.

Spearhead Hospitality has also been behind concepts like Cafe Robey and Clever Coyote. Their newest cocktail bar will be on the base level of the tower that is across from Union Station. The inside will seat about 50, and a patio addition is planned for this summer.

Leon said a website for Cache 310 will be launching in the near future.
