Locals of St. Charles have noticed construction at a busy corner.
Match Haus will be bringing sports, food, cocktails and a space to unwind to St. Charles at 100 N Kirk Road. It is being introduced by Parker Hospitality, a Chicago-based group behind many fine dining concepts around the country. Founder of Parker Hospitality Brad Parker told What Now Chicago the team is looking at an opening date in Q1 of 2027.
“A quick reset, a longer pause–whatever you need to feel good and keep going,” says the description on their website.
The space will have both a social kitchen and cafe where drinks are being served. A menu is not being released right now, but entrees like filets and pastas are teased in a video on their website, along with desserts. A selection of wines and coffees will also be available.
Off Kirk Road, the building is three stories, with separate areas for six pickleball courts, duckpin bowling and three padel courts. It is about 21,000 square feet, and one of Parker Hospitality’s larger facilities.
The site is at the intersection of E Main Street, close to the former Charlestowne Mall which closed in 2017. This is joining recently opened concepts like Rosebud Steakhouse, Simple EJ’s Kitchen & Tap and fire + wine. This is also across from Foxfield Commons Shopping Center.
Parker Hospitality will be releasing more information on the concept on the Match Haus website and Instagram page in the near future.
