It is a year of changes for the owners of 4 Suns Fresh Juice.
From The Daily Northwestern, the company has opened a new storefront at the Wild Onion Market 7007 N Clark Street in Rogers Park. Following this, owner Gabrielle Walker and the team are planning a full-service restaurant at 1830 Dempster on the south side of Evanston. Walker said the new location will debut sometime this spring.
4 Suns Fresh Juice first opened at 1906 Main Street in Evanston in 2020, and then reopened in May 2025 following a fire in 2023. With the number of visitors to the business decreasing in recent months, Walker felt it was time to move to a location with more foot traffic.
On Jan. 18, the business took to social media to announce their new location coming to the Rogers Park market. They have since been open serving soups, wraps and smoothies at the space. The kitchen at Wild Onion Market will stay open while the new Evanston restaurant is in operation.
The juice spot and kitchen is known for their fresh juices and smoothies, teas and vegan food options like bowls with proteins and rice. In the past, they have served juices for detoxing and cleansing. At the Wild Onion Market, staff are serving the same juices and smoothies fans have come to expect.
Money is still being raised for the new Evanston restaurant to move forward. It is coming to the corner of Dempster Street and Dodge Avenue, across the street from Burger King and Zentli Mexican restaurant. It was reported by Evanston Now that Popeyes was seeking this storefront in the past.
