Mediterranean-focused restaurant chain CAVA is adding another location to its portfolio. The new restaurant, located at 9540 S. Western Ave., will offer customizable bowls, pitas, house-made dips, and dressings.
CAVA is joining the Evergreen Park Community
CAVA is opening a new outlet at Evergreen Park on February 6. The brand operates in the fast-casual space, emphasizing Mediterranean-inspired dishes. Patrons can relish food at the restaurant from 10:30 A.M. to 10 P.M. every day.
Combined with an emphasis on hospitality and service, CAVA’s strategy has helped build a large and dedicated customer base.
Gino Carlin, the Regional Director, said, “We couldn’t be more thrilled to be in Evergreen Park and continue to grow our presence in the Greater Chicago area.”
CAVA plans to host a Community Day before its opening, invite the surrounding residents to a free meal, and contribute to a nonprofit within the community. The company receives donations at such events and matches those donations up to $1,000.
In 2019, CAVA launched a Community Day initiative that has raised over $600,000, most of which goes to support food security programs. Proceeds from the Evergreen Park opening will benefit the Evergreen Park Food Pantry
The new location is expected to create 25 to 40 local jobs. CAVA focuses on hiring team members known for their welcoming attitude and provides opportunities for career advancement.
