It looks like a new restaurant is on the horizon for Memphis diners. Paperwork has been filed for an eatery seemingly called Park Avenue Social set to open on-as the name suggests-Park Avenue.
The concept does not yet have a digital footprint so any and all information related to it is gleaned from paperwork filed with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development for the 4040 Park Avenue location. A certificate of occupancy issued on February 11 shows that the restaurant will span 4,889 square feet and have an occupant load of 148.
Very little information is available beyond these basic details. The submitted form states that it will be a “lounge/restaurant”. With the certificate of occupancy issued, answers and details may be just over the horizon, though a precise opening date is not publicly available.
