In late 2025, What Now Sacramento reported that South Florida-based luxury coffee brand Haute Coffee was expanding into the Sacramento region, though specific addresses had not yet been disclosed. Now, one of the sites has been revealed.

On Sunday, Haute Coffee announced that it would be opening its first California café in a former 1,430-square-foot Starbucks space at 4000 Foothills Blvd, Suite 130, in Roseville‘s Brickyard shopping center.

“We’re officially coming home to Northern California and giving you a first look at our newest Haute Coffee location!” the team wrote, sharing a video tour of the bright, airy space. “The final details are coming together, and we’re counting down the days.”

Founded by Sacramento native Saada Najjar in March 2023 as a mobile luxury coffee truck, Haute Coffee quickly made waves with its focus on Yemeni and Ethiopian single-origin roasts and elevated café offerings.

The company’s flagship brick-and-mortar café in Southwest Ranches serves artisan espresso drinks, specialty lattes, ceremonial-grade matcha, chai, and other refined café staples. Signature drinks include the Adeni Karak Chai, Honey & Cardamom Latte, and rotating seasonal specials.

The Roseville café is just the start of Haute Coffee’s Northern California expansion. Company filings reveal that local entrepreneur Karim Zahriya, one of Najjar’s longtime friends, will operate both the Roseville site and a forthcoming Elk Grove outpost, with an additional Sacramento café also in development.

While permanent storefronts are underway, Haute Coffee has already been serving the region through its luxury coffee and catering services since January. A mobile “Haute Truck” is also expected to roll out across the Sacramento area in the spring of 2026.

The company is actively hiring cashiers, bussers, and both entry-level and experienced baristas for its Roseville team. The job link hints that the café will officially open before the end of March, with Sacramento and Elk Grove locations expected to follow in April.
