Al Chile Fire is expected to be located at 732 S 6th St, according to a City permit. This a Google Earth image of the location.

Al Chile Fire is a new mobile food truck set to roam the streets of Las Vegas soon. According to a recently filed City of Las Vegas permit, Al Chile Fire will operate out of 732 S 6th St.

The address is a 13,788-square-foot, Class B multi-tenant commercial building that we suspect Al Chile Fire will be parked in front of.

Listed on the permit as the owner is Victor Hugo GonzalezWhat Now Las Vegas reached out to Gonzalez, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.

There isn’t a whole lot of information available about this exciting new addition to the Valley.

There’s a family-run mobile food truck of the same name serving authentic Mexican cuisine, including quesebirra tacos, tortas, and loaded burritos, but it is not confired if that two are related.

Based on the name we can suspect that the new food truck to come to Las Vegas soon will serve something hot and delicious to its customers.

But, as excitement around the new eatery continues to mount, we’re sure we will hear more details about Al Chile Fire sooner rather than later.

With permits filed, Al Chile Fire is anticipated to be opening in the very near future. So keep your ears perked and your eyes open for the latest on this new culinary venture to come to Sin City.

Al Chile Fire is expected to open at 732 S 6th St sometime this year.

(This is a developing story. As we learn more about Al Chile Fire we will be sure to update this article. Stay tuned!)
