A new coffee shop, Cafe Dojo, is preparing to join the fray that is Denver’s coffee scene, opening within earshot of Coors Field, according to a building permit filed with the city.
The construction permit has Cafe Dojo remodeling a suite on 2907 N Huron St., which formerly housed a waxing salon called The Bare Bar. The cafe joins a row of other eateries, including Da Sauce and Tokio, and At The Shop Denver, a barbershop.
Additional information about the upcoming cafe is scarce, aside from a website currently under development.
