A specialty charcuterie concept is setting the table for its next Colorado debut.
Graze Craze is currently under construction at 2670 East County Line Rd, Suite I in Highlands Ranch’s Promenade Shopping Center, with the location listed as “coming soon” on the company’s website. Recent social media updates suggest the opening is drawing near.
“Graze Craze Highlands Ranch is coming soon,” reads an update from the eatery. “Let us help you Celebrate Everything with beautiful, delicious charcuterie boards! Follow along and share with someone who loves charcuterie!!”
Founded in 2020 by U.S. Air Force veteran Kerry Sylvester, Graze Craze was born after years of testing demand for high-quality, ready-to-serve charcuterie. The concept leans into convenience without sacrificing presentation, specializing in curated, artistic charcuterie.
The menu spans everything from individual “Lone Graze” boxes to party-ready spreads serving up to 20 people. Options include themed boards like the Wine Pairing, Brunch, and Sweet & Grazey dessert tray, alongside diet-friendly offerings such as Grazey for Keto and the Vegegrazian, packed with seasonal crudités and dips.
Customers can also personalize their orders with add-ons like breads, crackers, and spreads. Beyond boards, the shop offers grazing tables, picnic boxes, and playful “Char-Cutie-Cups” ideal for gifting and events.
Since partnering with United Franchise Group in 2021, the brand has expanded to more than 100 locations nationwide, including Colorado locations in North Colorado Springs, Loveland, Southeast Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and Pueblo.
