A popular Roseville churrascaria is taking a pause.

Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse has temporarily closed its 963 Pleasant Grove Blvd doors for remodeling, according to reporting from the Sacramento Business Journal. The all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse has operated at the same Suite 100 space for more than a decade.

Owned and operated by the Dalomba family, Flame & Fire offers the traditional churrascaria experience, where gaucho chefs carve an ongoing parade of grilled meats tableside. The menu features cuts like tomahawk, ribeye, and New York strip, alongside a robust salad bar and full bar, all served in a warm, rustic-modern setting.

“Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse was founded as a family-owned, faith-based restaurant, built on hard work, passion, and a love for serving others,” reads the eatery’s website. “What began as a dream became a reality when we opened our first location in Roseville in 2014, bringing the authentic Brazilian churrascaria experience to California.”

Since then, the concept has grown to include a Bakersfield location, along with a Folsom outpost at the Palladio that debuted in 2021 before later shuttering. The space has since been taken over by Oz Korean BBQ.

“Today, our mission remains the same: to create a place where people gather, celebrate life, and enjoy incredible food together,” the website continues. “From the fire of our grills to the tableside carving by our gauchos, every detail reflects the warmth and hospitality of Brazilian tradition.”

A reopening timeline has not yet been announced, and company representatives were not available for comment.
