A new cafe concept is brewing in the city near the airport.

The owners of Meso Cafe recently revealed the new coffee spot is coming to 570 E Oakton Street in Des Plaines. Signage has recently been put up, and the team is preparing the space. As of now, an opening date has not yet been revealed.

The cafe is under construction at the northwest corner of the S Wolf Road intersection. It shares the plaza with Chicago Ramen and a 7-Eleven location. The address was formerly Crack N Crabz, a seafood and taco takeout spot.

For drinks, the team will be releasing more information closer to the opening date, but coffees and teas will likely be served. On their Instagram page, it is suggested there will also be dessert options on the menu.

It is early in the opening timeline, so the team did not want to provide more information at this time. More updates on Meso Cafe and construction progress can be found on the business’s social media.
