Sho Pizza Bar is planning a second Nashville-area location, according to recent reporting by the Nashville Scene.

The report states the Tokyo-inspired neo-Neapolitan pizza concept is targeting a space at 54 White Bridge Pike in West Nashville. An opening timeline for the proposed restaurant has not yet been announced.

Sho Pizza Bar was founded by Mary Carlisle Gambill, Ben Gambill, and chef Sean Brock. The concept debuted in East Nashville’s Riverside Village and has become known for its wood-fired pizzas, multi-day-fermented dough, imported Italian ingredients, and a chef-driven approach to neo-Neapolitan pizza-making, according to the company’s website.

Menu offerings at the restaurant include pies such as Salumi with beef pepperoni and Calabrian chili honey, Mushroom pizza with smoked mozzarella and pecorino, Bianca with mozzarella di bufala and asiago, and specialty offerings like clam pizza with green garlic cream sauce and little neck clams. The menu also features salads, bruschetta, antipasto plates, cocktails, wine, and desserts, according to the company’s online menu.

The Nashville Scene also reported the future West Nashville restaurant would take over a former Sports Seasons retail space near Trader Joe’s and Anatolia. Permit filings tied to the project reportedly list MZA Architecture and Interiors as the design firm.

WhatNow Nashville will provide further updates as they become available.
