Colorado Springs is about to get a little hotter as Fire Pio Pio prepares to open its second location.
The new location will be at 12229 Voyager Pkwy, Suite 170. Fire Pio Pio recently announced on their social media that a new restaurant is opening soon. They’re currently based at 2021 S Pueblo Blvd Unit 120, Pueblo.
Fire Pio Pio is a family-owned business that opened its doors in 2025. Inspired by family, culture, and innovation, the menu includes crispy chicken sandwiches, fresh wraps, wings, loaded fries, salads, and signature sauces. It is owned and run by Hector Aguirre and Carlos Farias.
Aguirre told WhatNow Media Group that work is underway at the new location and that they cannot provide the exact opening date.
He said they are excited about the opening of the new location and said they have something ‘special’ cooking for customers. “We will have all kinds of food, all fresh, nothing frozen, and really good hospitality. We have everything with chicken, grilled chicken, wings, chicken sandwiches, and wraps,” said Aguirre.
He added that the location is a great spot and looks forward to opening its second location in Colorado.
