A corner bar-restaurant offering contemporary American fare is preparing to open in East Harlem at 1665 Madison Ave. According to a permit filing with Community Board 11 for a full liquor license, Ross Tavern will offer contemporary bar snacks like Truffled Rosemary Popcorn and Buffalo Cauliflower Bites. It will also serve chicken wings, soups, salads, and handhelds, including a smash burger. An opening date has not been announced and What Now New York has reached out for more information.

Located in a former deli, Ross Tavern will serve food until 11 p.m. and be open until 4 a.m. for every day of the week. It will have seating for 40 guests and has a maximum capacity of 74 people. The CB11 filing lists separate prices for cash and card.
