Ella Coffeehouse will open its new location in Boynton Beach, Florida on July 18, 2026. The locally owned and operated coffee spot arrives with several grand opening perks.
Ella Coffeehouse Expands with Boynton Beach Location
The South Florida-based coffee company will open at 6651 Woolbright Rd., Suite 132. The Boynton Beach café marks Ella Coffeehouse’s first franchised location. Carl Huschai and Fritz Richardson of Mein Holdings, LLC will operate the new location, which will offer Ella Coffeehouse’s handcrafted beverages.
According to QSR Magazine, the owners have agreed to a multiple-unit deal as part of the company’s shift into franchising. “We’re honored to open Ella Coffeehouse’s first franchise location and introduce the brand to Boynton Beach,” said Carl Huschai, co-owner of Mein Holdings LLC.
Will Coyne, Chief Operating Officer of Ella Coffeehouse added, “Opening our first franchised location in Boynton Beach is an exciting milestone for Ella Coffeehouse. It reflects the strength of our brand, the demand we’re seeing across South Florida, and our commitment to growing thoughtfully while staying true to the café experience our guests know and love.”
Before the Boynton Beach opening, Ella Coffeehouse operated locations in Coral Springs, Davie, and Plantation.
Founded in 2016, the brand provides Italian-style coffee made with its exclusive blend of beans. Its menu also includes pastries, breakfast, and lunch offerings. Customers also stop by for its seasonal offerings.

Opening Day Offerings
Guests can get complimentary coffee as part of the opening festivities. The offer is available to the first 100 guests at the Boynton Beach location. In addition, the first 50 visitors at the Boynton Beach location can get an Ella mug while supplies last.
The opening event will also feature live music and photo opportunities. The timing for the celebration is from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Boynton Beach opening marks Ella Coffeehouse’s latest expansion as the company grows its presence through franchising.
